For my master’s thesis, I worked for a year developing a design approach for building new software interfaces that include emerging music technology. Throughout the process, I worked on user studies, qualitative feedback, participatory design, and self-efficacy measuring to better understand how new AI music tools are affecting students positively and negatively at the University of Miami.
The paper is available for open access at the UM library website and is a timestamp recording the advancements in AI music tools and student perception of these tools from 2025 to 2026.
