I spent the past six weeks working at my undergraduate scholarship office, Posse Miami, interviewing seniors in high school who were selected to move forward in the Dynamic Assessment Process. As one of the hired interviewers, I helped the office staff with interviewing hundreds of qualified students with unique hopes, dreams, talents, interests, and backgrounds. It was a great opportunity to revisit the Posse values, reconnect with old friends, and be part of the selection process for future Posse scholars. The entire process made me realize how unique of a program this is and how my Posse showed up for me when I was in school at Syracuse University.
